BOOTHS: 

Approximately 10 feet x 10 feet with rear and side drapes and a 5 foot table. Lunch is served for attendees at locations spread around the venue. Refer to booth layout plan.

CSI Members and/or immediate past year exhibitors

• $400.00 - If paid in full by December 15, 2021

• $475.00 - If paid after December 15, 2021

Non-Members

• $475.00 - If paid in full by December 15, 2021

Sponsorships

• $350 Show Sponsors Top Level (Gold) - includes a half page spot in the Speculator for January, February, and March of 2022 and have their company logos prominently displayed during the Show.

• $250 Show Sponsors Second Level (Silver) - includes a quarter page spot in the Speculator for January, February, and March of 2022 and have their company logos prominently displayed during the Show.

• $150 Friends of the Chapter - includes their company logos displayed in the Speculator for January, February, and March of 2022 and their company logos prominently displayed during the Show.

Show Sponsors will be provided with a “Show Sponsor” nametag as well as prominent display of their logo during the Product Show.

Payment Requirements and Cancellation Charges:

Balance is due no later than December 15, 2021 to receive early bird discount. Make all checks payable to Mississippi Chapter CSI.

• 20-44 days prior to show opening date: 50 %

• 1-19 days prior to show opening date: 100 %
